Vegetables: this is a great recipe to have any vegetable leftovers you may have: onions, carrots, celery, spinach, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergine, etc.

Ingredients

Ingredients for the Filling

25Og COLCOM Frankfurters

250g COLCOM Streaky Bacon

3 Eggs

125ml Milk/Cream

Salt & Pepper

1 handful grated Cheese

Ingredients for the Base

100g Flour
100g Marge
Process in a food processor until it looks like breadcrumbs
Add 100g Cheese and process together quickly
Press into a Pie Dish

 

Method

  1. Fry your choice of vegetables in a pan, until onions have a glossy appearance, in a little margarine.
  2. Chop COLCOM Streaky Bacon & COLCOM Frankfurters
  3. Mix all of the ingredients for the filling together in a bowl and pour into the cheese pastry.
  4. Sprinkle with a handful of grated Cheese and bake at 200º C for 20 minutes, until pastry is golden brown.
