400 g COLCOM Lightly Lemon Bangers
250 g of pasta
100 cherry tomatoes
Half red chilli, sliced
1 tin tomato purèe
100g mozzarella cheese
Zest of 2 lemons, grated
1 bag basil
Salt and pepper to season
- Cook the pasta as per cooking instructions on the packaging.
- In, a pot place the chopped up COLCOM Lightly Lemon Bangers and fry.
- Once golden brown add tomato purèe, cherry tomatoes and allow to cook.
- Once tomatoes become soft, pour sausage & tomato mixture over cooked pasta.
- Sprinkle with grated lemon zest, basil leaves, mix through and serve.
