Keep chilled below 5 °C. Carcass may be frozen after purchase. Keep frozen below -12 °C.

Shelf life if frozen – 90 days from date of purchase
Defrost only what you require. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Product must be fully cooked before consumption to a minimum internal temperature of 72 °C (may be measured with a food thermometer) before removing meat from the heat source. For safety and quality, allow the meat to rest for at least 3 minutes before carving or consuming.
Pork bones, liver and other offal :
