Pieces of ham that have been brine cured, molded, vacuum sealed in a can, and then fully steam cooked. With added gelatin, which helps to absorb the natural juices of the ham. The ham is ready to eat.
Pork (75 %), Water, Salt, Phosphates (E450/E451/E452), Dextrose, Sodium ascorbate (E301), Hydrocolloids (E407), Gelatine. Preservative: Sodium nitrite (E250).
