Colcom achieved its 80th Anniversary in 2023!
Its long-standing household brand name products cover an extensive range of delicious fresh pork and processed meats including hams, bacon, fresh and cooked sausages, pies, cooked cold meats and polonies. Most incorporate a wide variety and different sizes of products to meet customers’ varying requirements.
The hygiene and quality chain involves strict Government veterinary standards and controls from its on-farm pig production division, Triple C Pigs, through to its factory facilities and distribution, and the company’s own food safety management systems which are based on the international HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system, managed by Colcom’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control team.
