Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400F/Gas 6.
- Wrap each prune with a rasher of COLCOM Streaky Bacon and roast them on a baking tray for eight minutes, or until they are cooked through.
To serve, place the devils on horseback onto a clean plate with the parsley arranged alongside.
