1 packet COLCOM Cambridge Sausage Meat 500g.

1 packet COLCOM Country Style Boerewors

500g COLCOM Streaky Bacon


  1. Remove the COLCOM Country Style meat filling from the casing
  2. Line a loaf tin with the bacon.
  3. Press in ½ the COLCOM Cambridge Sausage meat.
  4. Then ½ the COLCOM Country Style Boerewors.
  5. Repeat and fold over the COLCOM Streaky Bacon
  6. Place in the oven at 200°C until cooked.
