COLCOM Cambridge Pork Sausage
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Get a wire rack and oil the rack with a pastry brush (to prevent sausages from sticking) pop it on top of a baking tray. Cut the COLCOM sausages between the links to separate them and dry on a paper towel.
Spread them out evenly on the wire rack. Cook in the hot oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway so that they brown evenly.
- Avoid cooking sausages on a very high heat as sausages may burst.
