General Tip
Serve in bowls over plain boiled rice. Sprinkle with chives/spring onions and fried, crispy garlic bits.

Ingredients
3 COLCOM Pork Tenderloins (Pork Fillets), sliced thinly
Marinade
3 Tbls Oyster Sauce
1 Tbls Soy Sauce
3 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbls fresh Garlic, finely minced
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Butter
1 Tbls fresh Garlic, finely minced
2 Red Peppers, deseeded and sliced thinly
½ cup chopped Spring Onions or Chives
1 Head Garlic, finely sliced
¼ cup Canola/Sunflower Oil
Method
- Fry garlic in oil until golden brown (not burnt) and crispy. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate the thinly sliced COLCOM pork in the marinade ingredients for 20 minutes.
- Heat a sauté pan or wok. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic until soft. Add the pork fillet and sauté for 6-8 minutes. Add the thinly sliced peppers and cook for a further 3 minutes
